enough choicesleaking showergloomy room
the breakfast was alright with enough choices, i guess.
the bathroom design was strange, the shower had a glass door but it didn't fully close. water leaked all over the floor every time i used it. also, the room faced an inner courtyard, so there wasn't much natural light.

Acceptable stay central to everything

The hotel is very close to the train station and the metro. This made travelling to and from the airport simple. Its central location also made accessing shops and restaurants very easy. The room was quiet, which I appreciated. It had everything I needed for my one night stay.
My room was not super clean. Specifically, the bathroom litter was not emptied after the last guests had left. I also found the shower space rather claustrophobic. I couldn't open the shower door from inside because the handle got wet and the door locked due to pressure.

Acceptable Stay, Some Issues Encountered
basic gymdodgy parking
I found a couple of things disappointing. The gym was basic. It only had a few bikes and some barbells, a setup I'd expect in a budget hostel, not a supposed 4-star hotel. the parking situation was a bit of a mess. The parking station tried to overcharge me, and it took some effort to sort it out myself. I thought the hotel might assist, but they didn't seem particularly interested.

mixed feelings about my stay
missing soapconstant noise
the noise was a real problem! i could hear people walking by my door all the time. also, when i first got to my room, there wasn't any soap. they must have forgotten to refill it. i was there for two nights and they didn't notice it either day. it was annoying.

the location was quite central. nespresso capsules were available with a machine in the room. i requested a room with a bathtub, and they provided it to me. the staff was kind.
On their site, they mention a private parking area with a small fee. It is not true. there is no private parking. you just pay the full price for the public parking lot. paying for breakfast at the lobby costs 15 euros per person, but in the restaurant, it is 17 euros. the lobby had a weird story for this extra charge.
